Every Keller Guitars instrument is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural defects caused by workmanship
- Faulty installation of components
- Defects in materials used during construction
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Frets, strings, nuts, saddles and other consumable parts
- Cosmetic wear or finish checking
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse or neglect
- Damage resulting from excessive humidity, dryness or temperature changes
- Damage caused during shipping after delivery
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Warranty Claims
If you believe your instrument has a warranty issue, please contact us with photographs and a detailed description of the problem.
If inspection confirms a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the defective component at our discretion.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our workshop unless otherwise agreed.
