Orders

Every Keller Guitars instrument is custom-built to the customer’s specifications.

By placing an order and paying the required deposit, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Deposit

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.

The deposit secures your place in our production schedule and covers the purchase of materials specifically allocated to your instrument.

Final Payment

The remaining 70% balance must be paid upon completion of the instrument and before shipment.

Ownership of the instrument transfers to the customer only after full payment has been received.

Changes to an Order

Specification changes may be possible before construction begins.

Once production has started, modifications may not be possible or may result in additional charges and extended build times.

Cancellation

Because every instrument is built specifically for one customer, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

The 30% deposit is non-refundable.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.

Shipping

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package immediately upon delivery and report any shipping damage without delay.

Limitation of Liability

Keller Guitars shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, shipping disruptions, or force majeure events.
